Description
Envelopes of planes of aeronautical easements (PSA) affecting the Lot department.
The PSA defines an easement around the aerodrome, in order to prevent the erection of annoying obstacles and to permit the removal of existing obstacles, in order to preserve the safety of air traffic in the immediate vicinity of the aerodrome. It is a document which is enforceable against third parties and is the subject of a public inquiry under ordinary law. The PSA is governed by the Civil Aviation Code.
