Description
The generator of a public utility easement is a geographical entity whose nature or function induces, by regulation, constraints on the way the land is occupied on the surrounding land.The disappearance or destruction on the site of the generator does not result in the removal of the easement(s) associated with it. Only a new act of annulment or repeal taken by the competent authority may legally remove the effects of the easement(s) in question.Removals whose conservation is of a public interest in history or art are classified as historic monuments in whole or in part by the Minister for Cultural Affairs.Includes:1- megalithic monuments, land that contains prehistoric stations or deposits;2- buildings the classification of which is necessary to isolate, clear or clean up a classified or proposed building;3- bare or built buildings located in the field of visibility of a proposed building or a Classified building.
