Direct download service (WFS) of the dataset: Regulated perimeters of PPRTs, Finistère PM3 easement plates
Description
PM3 easements result from the establishment of technological risk prevention plans (TRPs) designed to limit the effects of accidents likely to occur in facilities classified for the protection of the environment (ICPE) listed in the list provided for in Article L. 515-8 of Article L. 515-8 of the Environmental Code or in underground storages referred to in Article 3-1 of the Mining Code and which may have effects on public health, health and safety directly or by environmental pollution.
These plans define, around these facilities or storages, a perimeter of exposure to risks.
Within this perimeter, PPRTs may:
— delimiting areas in which the implementation of improvements or works and new constructions and the extension of existing structures are prohibited or subject to compliance with requirements relating to the construction, use or operation,
— lay down, within those areas, areas in which a right of abandonment of buildings or parts of buildings existing on the date of approval of the plan may be introduced, and sectors where expropriation is possible,
— prescribing measures to protect populations (including work on existing buildings) that must be undertaken by owners, operators and users within the time limits determined by the plan.
This resource describes locally the ICPEs or underground storage sites generating PM3 easements.
This table “PM3_ASSIETTE_SUP_S” made from the CNIG SUP v2016b standard is part of a set of 6 tables to connect to obtain complete information of PM3 easements.
They are freely downloaded on the Geoportal of Urbanism (GPU) including the acts instituting each servitude. The download link is given on this page in associated resources.
Apart from this CNIG standard, the flat source table of the PM3 easements containing in a single layer all the information of the servitudes is also made available to design offices to facilitate the transfer to the overall plan annex easements of urban planning documents.
