Description

In addition to the classical OPAH, there is a range of thematic OPAHs for specific habitat problems: OPAH Urban Renewal (RU); OPAH Rural Revitalisation (RR), OPAH degraded condominiums. An OPAH prepares with: — a diagnostic phase that identifies the malfunctions of the neighbourhood or buildings within the chosen perimeter: urban problems, land, social, state of the building, living conditions of the inhabitants... — a preliminary study which recommends solutions to the malfunctions raised during the diagnosis and defines the qualitative and quantitative objectives to be implemented in the planned operation. The programmed operation is then set up in accordance with the terms set out in the agreement. It needs to be reviewed and evaluated to measure its efficiency. The ‘monitoring-animation’ mission is carried out on a direct-time basis or entrusted to an external operator.
