Description
Municipalities concerned by at least one risk prevention plan (natural or technological) in the Meuse department on 1 February 2019:
— either by a plan for the prevention of natural hazards (PPRN) created by the Act of 2 February 1995, which today constitutes one of the essential instruments of the State’s action to prevent natural hazards, in order to reduce the vulnerability of people and property.
— either by a plan for the prevention of mining risks (PPRM) created by Decree No 2000-547 of 16 June 2000
— either by a plan for the prevention of technological risks (PPRT) created by Law No 2003-699 of 30 July 2003 as part of the risk control policy in territories hosting high-risk industrial sites, sites subject to the system of authorisation with easements (AS), corresponding to the European system “Seveso high threshold”.
