Decree No 94-1139 of 26 December 1994The TRDP comprises all the areas eligible for the European Union’s rural development policies for the period 1994-1999 (Objective 5b), as well as the most rural parts of the areas covered by Community industrial redeployment policies for the same period (Objective 2). In addition, some areas lagging behind in development (Objective 1) and certain territories taken into account in order to ensure the continuity of the areas selected.The concept of Rural Revitalisation Zone (RRA) extends that of Rural Development Territory Priority Development (TRDP)
