Cities benefiting from the Small Cities of Tomorrow (PVD) programme in the department of Haute-Marne.
This programme aims to improve the living conditions of the inhabitants of small municipalities and surrounding areas, by supporting communities on dynamic and environmentally friendly paths. The objective of the programme is to strengthen the capacity of elected representatives of cities and their intercommunities of less than 20,000 inhabitants in central functions to build and implement the means to implement their territorial projects, throughout their term of office, until 2026.
