Description
Linear watercourses, parts of rivers or canals of the Loire-Bretagne basin listed in list 1 as defined in 1° of Article L. 214-17 of the Environmental Code, on which no authorisation or concession may be granted for the construction of new works if they constitute an obstacle to ecological continuity.
In the Loire-Bretagne basin, the decrees defining the rivers listed in list 1 and 2 were adopted, after departmental consultations, on 10 July 2012.
