Description
The precautionary strips are identified behind the protective structures to limit the risks in case of breakage or overflow. The main interest of these works must remain the reduction of the vulnerability of existing ones. Also, these precaution strips prevail over the hazard. In these precautionary bands, the principle of inconstructibility is retained.
