Description
Created by the Land Orientation Act of 30 December 1967, the Cooperative Planning Area (ZAC) is a public development operation within the meaning of Article L. 300-1 of the Town Planning Code. The ZAC allows a public community to undertake an important, comprehensive and coherent urban spatial planning operation.
