Data batch direct download service (WFS): State of play of urban planning procedures
Description
State of play of planning procedures (excluding scot). The implementation of the ALUR law has reformed the monitoring of procedures and competences.
To track progress, you need 3 files:
— L_commune_urba_027: the file of 675 municipalities and their urban planning document (or RNU)
— L_commune_new_urba: From 1 January 2016, the merged municipalities have the planning competence for the whole of their territory. As the new procedures move, this table will be shattered.
— L_procedures_PLUI: Procedures initiated by EPCIs with planning competence
