Description
The General Interest Programme (GIP) is an action programme initiated by local and regional authorities benefiting from an agreement for the delegation of stone aid. This layer also includes POPACs: Operational programme for the prevention and support of condominiums
The Popac is a device that allows to accompany condominiums to avoid the accentuation of their difficulties. Accompaniment usually helps to absorb debts before they become too large. It also intervenes on the governance of condominiums so that the decisions necessary for reorganisation can be taken.
