REGISTERED AND CLASSIFIED SITES: Cultural heritage conservation easements, natural monuments and sites
Easements reported in the list of public easements referred to in articles R. 151-51 and R. 161-8 of the Urban Planning Code.
Texts in force: Articles L. 341-1 to L. 341-15-1 and R. 341-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code
Generators: Natural monuments and sites listed or classified as site protection.
The bases of assessment shall be defined by demarcation plans annexed to the listing decision or
classification.
With the collection of easements from third parties, DDT-77 cannot guarantee the completeness and accuracy of the deferral of these easements on a large-scale map.
