Description
This dataset contains the scopes of Interet Général (OIN) operations in the New Aquitaine region.
An NIB is a major partnership planning operation with the state’s commitment to the priority area.
The Urban Planning Code, in particular Article L121-9, as amended by Law No 2010-788 of 12 July 2010 — Article 15, specifies the principle, the effects and, above all, the authority capable of creating them: it is a ministerial decree in the Council of State that only makes it possible to create an NIO.
The perimeter of the Bordeaux-Euratlantique ISO covers an area of 738 hectares, it is one of the largest urban projects in France. It covers part of the three municipalities of Bordeaux, Bègles and Floirac, on both shores of the Garonne and, by its scale, concerns the whole of the Bordeaux agglomeration.
