As part of Épinal’s Urban Renewal Project (PRU), the Public Habitat Board of the Greater Epinal-Golbey (Epinal Habitat) has reported a recent increase in the vacancy in its park and concerns about the consequences of the reconstruction of 215 housing units at the end of the PRU.
The National Agency for Urban Renewal (ANRU) and the Departmental Directorate of Territories (DDT) of Vosges wanted to understand the functioning of the local housing market and the characteristics of the vacancy.
