Description
The Labour Code provides for derogations from the Sunday rest rule in certain sectors previously identified:
– international tourist areas (ITAs) delimited by orders of the ministers responsible for labour, tourism and trade pursuant to Article L.3132-24 of the Labour Code;
– tourist areas (ZT) delimited by prefectural order pursuant to Article L.3132-25 of the Labour Code;
– the commercial zones (ZC) delimited by prefectural order pursuant to Article L.3132-25-1 of the Labour Code;
– the rights of way of the stations listed by the Order of 9 February 2016 adopted for the application of Article L.3132-25-6 of the Labour Code.

The table L_SECTEUR_DEROGATION_TRAVAIL_DOMINICAL_P_R11 proposes a punctual location of the sectors of derogation from the Sunday rest rule established on the Ile-de-France territory.
It only takes into account sectors in force, thus excluding sectors that have been subject to cancellations.
