Description
Clean tax EPCI are urban communities (CUs), communities
agglomeration (CA) and communities of municipalities (CCs), to which should be added
new agglomeration unions (SAN).
The other EPCI are SIVU, SIVOM and mixed trade unions (L.5721.1 and L.5711.1),
with possible option of “union à la carte” (see Article L. 5212-16 of the CGCT) for these
4 shapes.
