polygon corresponding to mobile areas exposed to marine action, submersible by definition (e.g. ranges) whose right-of-way is defined between the coast line and the low limit of the IGN LIDAR 2013 (be careful, in the Bonifacio goulet due to error in LIDAR data, the isoline 0 m/NGF was taken as the low limit).
