Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Regulated zoning of PPRN flooding (Vienna) in Charente
Description
Surface objects of restricted areas of natural flood risk prevention plans (Vienna) in Charente.
The Environmental Code distinguishes between areas of PPRN exposed to risks and those that are not directly exposed to risks but where measures can be foreseen to avoid exacerbating the risk.
Each area is subject to an enforceable settlement generally distinguishing three types of zones:
— areas prohibited from building, so-called red zones, where the hazard level is high and the general rule is the prohibition on construction;
— areas subject to requirements, known as blue zones, where the hazard level is average and the projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of issue;
— areas not directly exposed to risks but where constructions, structures, developments or farms, agricultural, forestry, crafts, commercial or industrial could aggravate risks or create new ones.
