Description
Dams classified for the risk of rupture of the department.
The “Classe dam” corresponds to the level of protection against flooding and the risk of breakage of the structure (A to D).
There are 3 classes of dams:
— class A: H 20 and H2 x V0,5 1 500
— class B: Work not classified as A and for which H 10 and H2 x V0,5 200
— class C:
works not classified as A or B and for which H 5 and H2 x V0,5 20
work for which the conditions set out in a are not met but which meets the following cumulative conditions:
H > 2;
v > 0,05;
there is one or more dwellings downstream of the dam, up to a distance from the dam of 400 metres.
