Description

This dataset contains the perimeters (surface objects) of the mine and quarrying easements on the perimeter of the New Aquitaine region. PLEASE NOTE: This JDD is not exhaustive on the perimeter of the New Aquitaine region but concerns the former Limousin region. These are two types of servitudes. Land tenure easements established for the benefit of mine operators, explorers and licensees an exclusive research permit; this implies, in particular, for the operator of a mine, the possibility of the land necessary for the operation of its mine and the facilities necessary for it. It’s about even for the explorer as part of his exploration work and the holder of an exclusive research licence (conducting the necessary research and installations for the products extracted). In forest land, sprawling may, if necessary, be allowed up to the limits of the broadband.
