Description
Limit represented by a line separating the navigation basins of the Finistère.
The Navigation Basin is defined by the limit of a preferred or exclusive area of practice for the majority of boaters in a given sector.
It corresponds to a homogeneous coastal zone, limited to its extremities either by a dangerous passage, by long distances homeless or by another cruise basin. Basins are referred to as “isolated” when more or less long homeless distances separate them from each other, “contiguous” if a clear boundary distinguishes them, or even “huckers” when two of them share a common area that may sometimes be island.
