Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Regulatory zoning of the Department’s natural hazard prevention plans (Cantal), and utility easement PM1
Description
Pursuant to Articles L. 562-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code, plans for the prevention of natural hazards (PPRN) and define:
— areas exposed to risks in which construction, works, developments and operations are prohibited or subject to conditions;
— areas not directly exposed to the risks in which constructions, works, developments and operations are prohibited or subject to conditions because they are likely to aggravate the risks or cause new ones
PPRNs thus constitute public utility easements (“SUPs”) known as PM1. The GIS layers related to the PM1 easements include: 1/a PM1_GENERATEUR layer that describes the phenomenon causing the servitude (community perimeter or below the commune) 2/a PM1_ASSIETTE layer that describes the regulations applicable in each zone and 3/a non-graphic layer ACTE_SUP that describes the act that gave rise to the applicable easement.
