Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Maximum width of sectors affected by road infrastructure noise identified in the Seine-et-Marne noise classification
Description
Road infrastructure is identified and classified according to its noise and traffic characteristics. The classification determines the sectors on both sides of the track where reinforced sound isolation of buildings is required. The interministerial decree of 30 May 1996 and amended by the decree of 23 July 2013 fixes, for each of the 5 categories of the sound classification, the corresponding maximum width of the sectors affected by the noise, located in the vicinity of the infrastructure, without that width being able to exceed three hundred meters on either side of it. The Prefect of the department of Seine-et-Marne publishes the ranking by prefectural decrees.
