Description
The Evreux-Fauville Noise Exposure Plan (PEB) is a legal instrument designed to control urbanisation around aerodromes.
limiting building rights in noise zones and imposing acoustic insulation
reinforced for permitted constructions in noise zones. It’s a planning document
enforceable against any public or private person. It must be annexed to the local planning plan (PLU),
backup and enhancement plan and municipal map. The provisions of the PLUs shall
be compatible with the requirements of the current EPB.
