Description
Linear watercourses, parts of rivers or canals of the Seine-Normandie basin listed in list 1 as defined in 1° of I of Article L. 214-17 of the Environmental Code, on which no authorisation or concession may be granted for the construction of new works if they constitute an obstacle to ecological continuity.
In the Seine-Normandie basin, the decrees defining the rivers listed in list 1 and 2 were issued on 4 December 2012.
