Description
Deferred development area of the Gers department. A sector in which a local authority, a public establishment responsible for it or a Société d’économie mixte (SEM) holding a development agreement has, for a period of six years, a right of pre-emption in respect of all sales and disposals for consideration of immovable property or social rights.
