Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Water points (excluding bodies of water) in the Loiret
Description
In accordance with the Prefectural Decree of 28 October 2020 for the Loiret, this cartography mentions (excluding water bodies):
the elements of the hydrographic network on which the direct application of plant protection products and their adjuvants is prohibited: water points defined by the by-law, stormwater retention basins, drains, drains and sewer outlets,
the water points defined by the by-law at which an untreated area must be respected: No plant protection treatment according to the marketing authorisation of the product applied.
It is recalled that:
the exception of nozzled streams or sections of streams, where such developments have been carried out in accordance with the regulations.
the possibility of updates in order to incorporate additional expertise or correct any errors found.
The mapping is based on the concatenation of BD topage® and Carthage® BD data, based on the census as of November 04, 2020.
It should be seen as a reference base that provides greater readability for all users.
