Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Enhanced Vulnerable Areas (RZ) of the 6th Regional Action Programme for the Protection of Waters from Pollution by Agricultural Nitrates in the Far East
Description
The Enhanced Vulnerable Zones (ZVRs) are constituted,
by the supply basins for water abstraction for human consumption listed in the Register of Protected Areas which is attached to the Master Plan for Water Management and Management (SDAGE) with a nitrate content of between 40 and 50 mg/l.
For these feeding basins for water abstraction intended for human consumption, the nitrate content between 40 and 50 mg/l shall be determined on the basis of the 90 percentile for at least the last two years. The precise identification and location of these areas, based on a list of municipalities from which parts of which may be excluded, are annexed to the Regional Action Programme (RAP).
In the case of vulnerable areas which are geographically closer to each other, an extension of the areas aimed at ensuring the territorial coherence of the regional action programme may be carried out.
