Watercourses or portions of watercourses to be bordered by weed strips under good agricultural and environmental conditions, defined by prefectural decree.These watercourses are defined in the interministerial circular Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046 of 27 September 2005, pursuant to the Order of 12 January 2005 adopted for the application of Articles R.615-10 and R.615-12 of the Rural Code and relating to environmental cover and rotation rules.
Watercourses defined by Prefectural Decree DDTM/SEBF/11/091 of 8 June 2011 establishing the census of Eure watercourses pursuant to Article D615-46 of the Rural Code.
