Area of competence for watercourse development of the Public Establishments of Intercommunal Cooperation (EPCI) or Authorised Trade Union Associations (ASA). An EPCI or ASA may have non-femanial watercourse development skills (L. 211-7 of the Environmental Code). This layer identifies the competent bodies.
