Description
Point object materialising a wind turbine (electric generator equipped with a propeller, powered by the wind, and attached to a mast) or its project on the department of Charente.
This layer identifies, in addition to wind turbines in the wind mast layer (N_MAT_EOLIEN_P_016), wind turbine projects whose construction permit is under investigation or has been refused.
