Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Fragile Class D condominiums in Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur
Description
Based on the file of housing by municipality (Filocom), Anah and the Ministry have created a statistical tool to help identify fragile condominiums. Its objective is to identify condominiums and classify them according to their degree of fragility (socio-economic criteria of the occupants, state of the building, real estate market). Condominiums are assessed and ranked into four categories (A, B, C and D) from the lowest to the highest fragility.
