Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: General Interest Program (GIP) in the Bouches-du-Rhône EPCI
Description
The data represents the scope of the General Interest Programme (PIG) in the Bouches-du-Rhône department extended to Pertuis and Saint Zacharie to take into account the perimeter of the metropolis Aix-Marseille-Provence.
The General Interest Programme (GIP) (R 327-1 of the Construction and Housing Code) is an action programme aimed at improving sets of buildings or dwellings, approved by the Prefect of the Department or the Delegatee.
Under the political impetus of the local authority, on the basis of contractualisation with the State and the Anah or, failing that, on the basis of a decision of the State, the aim of the GIP is to promote actions of general interest, in order to solve particular problems in existing housing, of a social or technical nature, outside the logic of a neighbourhood project or territorial development.
Its duration shall be free, at the discretion of the local authorities, taking into account the context and local issues: 1, 3 to 5 years maximum.
