Areas that benefited from an operation: * by prefectural decree (until 2005)-reorganisation of land-rememberment-forest land development-agricultural and forestry land development-development of uncultivated or manifestly under-exploited land* by decision of the President of the General Council (from 2006) — agricultural and forestry land development-exchanges and amicable transfers of rural buildings — development of uncultivated land.The current and completed operations will be distinguished (ii)the so-called “Article 10” operations carried out pursuant to Articles L123-24 to L123-26 of the Rural Code
