Description
The Law Noise of 31/12/92 provides for regulations against noise from land transport. Infrastructure MOs (roads/streets >5.000 veh/d, interurban railway tracks >50 trains/d and urban >100 trains/d, TCSP tracks >100 trains/d) must take into account noise pollution in new construction, modification of existing tracks which must not exceed thresholds. Manufacturers have an obligation to take into account the sound protection of new buildings
