It is in order to better know and understand the risk of runoff that the DDEA has decided to mission the Technical Study Centre of the Equipment, Laboratory of Saint Quentin, for the realisation of an Atlas of Ruissellement Areas throughout the department of Oise. By crossing the hazards obtained with the areas at stake, we can thus establish an approach to the management of urbanisation.
