Easements of PPRN PPRM Regulatory Areas, PM1 category in the Department of the Pyrenees-Atlantiques
Description
Pursuant to Articles L. 562-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code, Natural Risk Prevention Plans (NHPPs) and Mine Risk Prevention Plans (MRPs) delimit:
— areas exposed to risks in which constructions, structures, developments and operations are prohibited or subject to conditions;
— areas not directly exposed to the risks in which constructions, structures, developments and operations are prohibited or subject to conditions because they may aggravate the risks or cause new ones
The regulated zoning of PPRN-PPRM thus constitute the generators (as well as the plates confused with the generators) of PM1 servitudes.
In this lot we find:
— PM1_ACTE_SUP.dbf: The act of an SUP corresponds to the decision, usually of
regulatory or administrative nature, which creates servitude. This act translates into
a law, regulation or decision resulting from an administrative procedure or
amicable agreement.
Attributes:
• IdAct: Identification of the act
• nameAct: Abbreviated name of the act, respecting the rules of
naming SUPs
• Reference: Reference of the act which created or amended the
servitude (registration number in the
official Journal, Prefectural Order Number...)
• typeAct: Description of the nature of the act
• file: Name or reference of the file containing the act
establishing servitude. This file contains the case
the plans annexed to the act
• decision: Nature of the decision taken in the act: authority
competent takes a decision that creates or
changes the state of servitude
• dateDecis: Date on which the decision was taken. It’s about
the date of signature of the act.
• datePub: Date of publication in the Official Journal or of publication in the press
• APlan Existence of one or more plans annexed to the act
