!!! This POS is no longer opposable.
Indeed, the ALUR law (Article L174-1 of the Urban Planning Code) implies that SOPs on which a prescription has not been committed on 31/12/2015, become obsolete.
The deliberation taken on 11/05/2016 cancelling the prescription of the revision in PLU, has the consequence of rendering the POS obsolete from 11/05/2016.
