The DDT65 provides an informative representation of public utility easements collected by its urban planning department on the right-of-way of the Hautes-Pyrénées department, with the exception of easements whose publication on the Internet is not authorized for security reasons (AS1).
Most of these data are defined and collected on a medium scale. As a result, they will only appear up to the scale of 1/10000°. The same applies to the background used (Scan 25®).
This provision does not replace either the consultation of managers (the so-called "porter-to-knowledge" procedure) or the dissemination of the detailed plans annexed to the decision establishing the easement or the planning documents in force. Only the paper document is now opposable.
