Private Park Potentially Indigne PPPI 2015
Description
The potentially unworthy private park (PPPI) is a tool for pre-identification of unworthy housing that allows from FILOCOM (File of Housing by Commune) land to prioritise the territories according to the number and density of the PPPI of each, and to characterise the situations of unworthy habitat.
It does not work at the address and therefore does not allow the identification of the buildings to be processed from an operational perspective on restricted perimeters. To do this, it is necessary to mobilise other types of data (file of built properties, housing tax matrix, file of complaints and reports for insalubrity...), without being able to avoid field investigations, as carried out in the pre-operational studies of OPAH.
