Urban spot V3 of the Alpes de Haute-Provence
Description
The urban spot represents the areas where constructions are contiguous, creating buffer zones around existing buildings.
The data used comes from the MAJIC files and the Computerised Cadastral Plan, and is delivered as “land files” of CEREMA.
Only the total urban task (at the last date of delivery of land files) is associated with this sheet and downloadable.
By exploiting the construction date of the oldest building on the plot, one can assign a construction date to the different buildings and perform urban tasks on different dates. Several “dated” urban tasks were carried out (1968, 1975, 1982, 1990, 1999, 2006, 2011). They are available on request at DDT 04. The corresponding year is indicated in the name of the layer.
This data makes it possible to analyse the urban extension of a municipality or territory.
Version 3 incorporates information about condominiums.
