Description
Service or body guaranteeing the implementation of and compliance with the established SUP. It may also be the service or the resource body for knowledge of the SUP, consultations on the rights and obligations it carries, the administration of its application.
This service may be the beneficiary of the SUP itself or have received the task of managing the SUP by the beneficiary. The manager of an easement may evolve over time. For example, the I3 easement manager was initially GDF and is now Gas TSO.
