Description
All the municipalities concerned by an environmental contract. An environmental contract is a watershed-wide intervention instrument. Like the SAGE, it sets for the river water quality objectives, the improvement of the aquatic environment and the balanced management of water resources and provides in an operational manner (action programme over 5 years, designation of project managers, method of financing, deadlines for works, etc.) the methods of carrying out the studies and the work necessary to achieve these objectives.
