TRPP Restricted Area Roockwool Isolation in St Eloy les Mines (Puy de Dome)
Description
The Technology Risk Prevention Plan (PPRT) approved on 14/06/2010 applies to the municipality of Saint-Eloy-Les-Mines, subject to the technological risks presented by ROCKWOOL France located in its territory (the storage of toxic chemicals).
Pursuant to Article L 515-15 et seq. of the Environmental Code, this Regulation lays down the provisions relating to property, the pursuit of all activities, all works, all constructions and installations.
Pursuant to Article L. 515-16 of the Environmental Code, the territory of the municipality of St Eloy-Les-Mines included in the scope of exposure to risks comprises two risk zones:
—a blue zone;
—a grey area covering part of the Rockwool company site.
