The layer comprises all Priority Action Areas (PAAs) defined in the Upper Normandy region as part of the Agro-Environmental and Climate Measures (MAEC) 2015-2020 (Measure 10 of the Rural Development Regulation RDR3).
The areas are defined according to the following 6 main issues identified in the Haute-Normandie region: “Water”, “Biodiversity”, “Erosion”, “wet area”, “Messicole”, “Littoral cauchois”.
