The purpose of the flood-proof atlas is to provide information on flood risk in the form of texts and maps to state, community and public authorities.
It makes it possible to guide the reflections on spatial planning.
The flood atlas is not a directly enforceable regulatory document but contributes to the consideration of flood risk.
The atlas concerns the rivers: Aron, Beuvron, Nohain, Nièvre, Sauzay and Saint Eugénie.
