Operation Programmed for the Improvement of Habitat (OPAH) — Urban renewal — in Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur
Description
The OPAH is a French convention between a commune, an EPCI (Public Institution for Intercommunal Cooperation), the State, the Region and the Anah (National Housing Agency) with a view to rehabilitating and rehabilitating a built neighbourhood. The aim of an OPAH is to create more favourable conditions that can encourage investors, single-owners or co-owners to invest in the improvement or renovation of existing housing within a specific area.
