DDT 91 — Regulated areas of SMCA’s Technology Risk Prevention Plan (TPPP).
Description
SMCA’s PPRT was approved on 22 June 2011.
For PPRTs, the environmental code defines a single category of zones: areas at risk. Depending on the hazard level, each TRPP area is subject to an enforceable settlement.
The by-law indicates the building restrictions that are applied in each area.
