Position of aerial photos of floods in the Great East

Description

The dataset contains the position of aerial flood photos in the Great East, with an attribute that specifies the orientation of the shots of the photo. An attribute contains an internet link to the aerial flood photo. As part of its mission to monitor and forecast floods, DREAL Grand Est initiates aerial photo campaigns during certain floods.
